A spooktacular fundraising success 01 Nov 2025
Well, we did it! On Saturday 25th October, some of our trustees hit the streets of central London for a 25km Halloween Walk - and we once again smashed the target we had set for ourselves!
Last year, our walkers raised an incredible £2,841 – and this year, we were aiming even higher with a target of £3,000. Well, hold on to our Halloween costumes, because guess what? Not only have the team exceeded that, but donations are still coming through as we report this :)
At the time of writing, we're around £360 beyond our £3k aim - and there's still time to generously give!
Our "chief fundraiser" (an unofficial title we decided to give him!), Ato, said, "The journey was tougher than I expected but definitely worth it! I am blown away by the support that I received and I thank my friends, family and all of my amazing work colleagues in particular, as all your backing helped us smash our target!"
Every penny makes a huge difference to a small charity like ours, helping us to keep delivering and improving our two weekly clubs - supporting people with learning difficulties and autism to socialise independently in safe and empowering ways, and out in their communities.
Well done, trustees Ato, Nick, Renaud, and Jenny!
So, what do you think we should do next?? And can you join us?
