The Squad

This week the Juniors Club had three activities for our young members to engage with. These were:

• planning a Saturday trip
• drawing self portraits
• learning magic tricks.

The group planning the weekend trip asked the other members what date and activity they preferred. Young people came up with ideas including bowling and a trip to the cinema before settling on the idea of a trip to the Science Museum.

The group doing self portraits were given templates to help them to create eyes and lips. There was some really creative drawings coming out of the session including some comic strip type drawings.

The final group created their own magic tricks. They did card tricks with the group and learnt how to hide items in a tube and then pull them out as part of the trick. It was so much fun being able to see the young people surprise the rest of the group with there amazing tricks
